How fast will you reply?
We read every message and aim to reply within a couple of business days. Sereo is made by a small team, so a little patience goes a long way — and clear details help us answer faster.
I found a bug — what should I include?
Your app version, your device and OS version, what you did step by step, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot or screen recording is gold.
Can you recover my trades or reset my data?
Sereo is offline-first: your trades, notes and attachments are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to Sereo servers. Because we don't hold a copy, we can't recover data for you — so keep your own backups and exports.
How do I get help with Sereo Pro or a purchase?
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. For restore, refund or billing questions, contact the store you bought from. For anything Pro-feature related, email us and we'll help.
